Job Description
Overview
We are a growing pediatric dental practice looking for a friendly, compassionate, and licensed Dental Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll work alongside our pediatric dentists to provide exceptional care while creating a fun, welcoming, and comfortable experience for children and their families.
Previous experience working with children is preferred, but we are happy to provide training for the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow.
We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with a four-day work week, providing an excellent work-life balance.

Qualifications
Active Massachusetts Dental Assistant License
Current X-ray Certification
At least one year of dental assisting experience
Pediatric experience preferred
Experience with dental software; Open Dental experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and team members
Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 7:00 PM*
Thursday: 7:45 AM – 7:00 PM*
Friday: 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM
*The Wednesday and Thursday extended hours are shared between hygienists, so you will work either the first shift or the second shift on those days, providing flexibility while ensuring coverage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
