Q Smile Dental Spa is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing dental team.

Required Qualifications
Applicants must have:
Current Massachusetts Dental Assistant License
Current BLS/CPR Certification
Current OSHA Training/Certification
Current Bloodborne Pathogens Training/Certification
Dental assisting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our doctors and clinical team to provide an excellent experience for our patients.

Responsibilities include:
Assist dentists during examinations and dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment
Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories according to infection-control standards
Take dental X-rays when properly licensed and certified
Assist with restorative, crown, bridge, surgical, implant, and other dental procedures
Provide patients with pre-operative and post-operative instructions
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked
Monitor and maintain dental supplies and inventory
Help keep patient flow efficient and the clinical schedule running on time
Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients
Work closely with doctors, hygienists, front desk staff, and other dental assistants
