Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

This is not a traditional RDA role
You will own the full patient experience from X rays and assisting to presenting treatment plans and collecting payment

Present and confidently discuss treatment
Guide patients through financial decisions
Take X rays and assist chairside
Deliver a seamless five star patient experience
Execute with precision alongside a high performing team

Requirements
Active Texas RDA license
Comfortable assisting and taking X rays
Strong communication skills
Work Schedule
24-36 hours/week
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
7:45am - 8pm, 12 hour shifts only
Experience: 4+ years of active Dental Assisting Required
License: Active Texas RDA License Required
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
