Job Description
Job Summary
We are a family owned, private practice with three dentists and three hygienists. Seeking a committed to growth, full time, dependable RDA who has familiarity with Dentrix software. 1-2 years dental assisting experience is preferred. Prior assisting knowledge with efficiency in working in accelerated doctor scheduling will be considered a plus but work ethic and a team player is a must. Office hours: Monday-Thursday 8am- 5pm. Pay will be started according to experience and growth is available for the value you bring to our team. Bonus options and benefits offered after qualified time frame.
Duties
Preparing rooms and patients for dental procedures
Taking diagnostic radiographs
Maintain equipment and supply inventory
Assisting with dental procedures
Sterilization of instruments and following proper disinfection protocol
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques is advantageous.
Proficient in using Dentrix is a plus.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality is maintained.
Certification in CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred.
