Overview
Join a dentist-owned, insurance-independent prosthodontic practice known for exceptional patient care and a culture that values quality over volume. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside a skilled specialist on complex, multi-step restorative cases in a calm, well-structured environment.
What you'll do:
Provide chairside support for advanced restorative and prosthetic procedures, coordinate lab cases, and help manage the details that make complex treatment run smoothly.
What we're looking for:
Registered Dental Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Calm, professional presence with the ability to anticipate needs and think critically
A team player who takes pride in their work
What we offer:
$18–$28/hr based on experience
