REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT (RDA)

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our established, privately owned multi-specialty dental practice in Moreno Valley, California.
Our practice is built around providing an exceptional patient experience while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care. Our office features state-of-the-art technology, modern digital workflows, highly trained professionals, and a collaborative team environment where everyone plays an important role in delivering outstanding care.

The Ideal Candidate
You are someone who:
Is dependable, punctual, and accountable, with excellent attendance
Brings a positive, professional attitude to work every day
Communicates confidently and respectfully with patients and team members
Is experienced in taking high-quality digital X-rays
Is proficient in making temporary restorations and pouring alginate impressions
Is confident and efficient with chairside assisting
Is comfortable with digital charting and clinical documentation
Can assist with patient calls, scheduling, and other front-office responsibilities when needed
Understands proper operatory setup, tray preparation, instrument sterilization, and infection-control protocols
Is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Is eager to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to a high-performing team
