Job Description
Image Orthodontics is seeking a motivated and organized Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the best care possible.
Schedule
Full-Time Position
Alternative Work Schedule (4/10 Schedule) 7:30am - 6:30pm - 4 Days Per Week & 1 Saturday Per Month

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during examinations, procedures, and adjustments
Take, develop, and process dental X-rays
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment
Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Support overall clinical efficiency and perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Coronal polishing certification
Orthodontic experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Friendly, upbeat, and professional demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
