About True Dental
True Dental is a growing, multi-location dental group built on growth, integrity, and compassion. Our Chattanooga location is busy, well-organized, and systems-driven. We value a positive attitude, accountability, efficiency, and strong teamwork.
This position is not entry level. We are specifically looking for an assistant who can step in and contribute without extensive training.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of chairside experience in general dentistry. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Chairside assisting during general dentistry procedures
Efficient operatory setup, turnover, and stocking
Digital X-rays and intraoral photography
Instrument sterilization and infection control compliance
Treatment plan and post-op instruction review with patients
Accurate clinical documentation
Maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day
Collaborate closely with dentists, hygiene, and front office
Minimum Qualifications (Required)
Registered Dental Assistant – Tennessee
Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience (required)
Proven chairside assisting competence
Strong time management and organization skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Professional communication with patients and team members
Preferred (Not Required)
3+ years of experience in a high-volume general dentistry practice
Eaglesoft experience
