Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

We are looking for a positive, upbeat dental assistant who is team player and enjoys taking wonderful care of their patients. Our dental assistant is self-motivated and a self-starter. They are analytical and able to control stressful situations with professionalism and poise.

Our RDA loves their profession and is committed to their patients and the dental practice. We are seeking an individual who has the ability to calm patients’ anxiety, communicate with them in a professional and friendly demeanor. Our practice focuses on red carpet dentistry and care. Our RDA understands the importance of getting patients the answers in order to schedule treatment to help the practice grow.

We are a private, fee for service practice with a team of four. Your reliability and dependability is crucial for our practice that is in a growth phase right now. Starting time is 7:55 am and closing time is when all job responsibility are done for the day. Patient hours are 8:30-4:00pm Monday through Thursday. Occasional Friday hours will be needed dependent on the needs of the doctor

Your typical work day would require and include the following responsibilities:
Treatment planning with the Doctor
Booking Treatment
Marketing the practice both internally and externally
Assisting the doctor during appointments
Checking in on patients and making sure there is treatment follow-up
Cleaning and stocking rooms
Ordering supplies
Helping around the office with hygiene and the front office.

Taking digital xrays, taking photos, scanning and sending cases to the lab
Charting in Eaglesoft
Ensuring the office is in good working condition, and assisting the front office in any tasks that need to be completed.

We are a relationship-based practice that really enjoys spending time with our patients. We do dentistry while focusing on keeping our patients healthy for a lifetime. I am a general dentist but am different than many dentists as I have a strong educational background in airway, TMD, biologic dentistry, and overall health and wellness. My desire for my patients is to get a comprehensive, detailed look at what is going on in their bodies and help them understand any challenges and make a plan to mitigate risks and help them find a good quality of health with the least amount of breakdown. We all work together to achieve the best outcome for our patients. We are an integrative, holistic dental office and strive to provide our patients with a unique level of care. We do smart mercury amalgam removals, practice ozone dentistry and are fluoride free.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
