The ideal candidate is an RDA who:
Has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Possesses strong chairside assisting abilities and attention to detail.
Values teamwork and works well in a collaborative environment.
Is efficient, organized, and eager to learn new skills.
Demonstrates empathy and competence in patient care.
Preferred but not required:
Experience with CAD/CAM technology
Knowledge of Invisalign
Assisting with implants or advanced surgical procedures
