· Job Type: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)/ Dental Assistant (DA)
· Location: La Mesa
· Schedule: Monday through Thursday
· Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
· Expected Hours: 32 hours per week
· Pay: $24–$28 per hour, based on experience, plus a monthly office collection bonus
· Benefits:
Competitive monthly office collection goal bonus ($250-$1000)

Hello! We're looking for a friendly, caring, and dependable RDA/DA to join our team. This full-time role is a great opportunity to provide quality care, educate patients, and work in a supportive environment while assisting both our doctors and hygienists. Our practice provides general dentistry, implants, and endodontic treatments, giving you the opportunity to work with a variety of procedures. :)

What You’ll Do:
· Assist doctors and hygienists during procedures
· Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
· Take dental X-rays and patient records
· Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care
· Ensure proper infection control and safety protocols
· Support the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care
What We’re Looking For:
· Current California RDA license
· Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
· Experience with Dentrix is a plus
· Strong patient care and communication skills
· Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
