Job Description
Location: 17159 FM 2493, Flint, TX 75762 Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $17–$19/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | Fridays off
Creekside Dental in Flint has spent over 30 years building a reputation for patient-centered care that East Texas families trust and new patients drive from Frisco, Flint, Bullard, and beyond just to experience it. Led by Dr. John Enloe and Dr. Brijesh Patel, our two-doctor team offers a full scope of services including general, restorative, cosmetic, Invisalign, implants, oral surgery, sedation, and sleep apnea treatment.
We're looking for a motivated Registered Dental Assistant who takes pride in their clinical work and loves being part of a team that genuinely cares about its patients.
What You'll Do
Assist Dr. Enloe and Dr. Patel chairside across a full range of procedures including restorative, implants, and sedation cases
Take digital X-rays and assist with imaging
Prepare operatories and maintain sterilization protocols
Educate patients on treatment and post-op care
Support patient flow and keep the schedule running smoothly
Help maintain the warm, welcoming environment our patients rave about
What We're Looking For
Active Texas RDA license is required
Dental assisting experience preferred
Warm, patient-focused personality- you make people feel comfortable
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, close-knit practice
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
