Position Summary
We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our friendly and growing team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients receive the best possible care. You will play a key role in assisting our Endodontist with clinical procedures, ensuring smooth operatory flow, and maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient care.
Responsibilities
Assist the Endodontist during all endodontic procedures, including root canal treatments and microsurgery.
Prepare and maintain operatories, instruments, and materials for each patient.
Take and process digital dental radiographs (including periapical and CBCT imaging).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charting in compliance with state regulations.
Provide clear pre- and post-operative instructions to patients.
Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
Support front office staff with scheduling, patient communication, and chart management as needed.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications
Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of Florida.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Previous experience in endodontics preferred, but not required (training provided).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Team player with a professional and positive attitude.
