Job Description
Location: 1605 Hewitt Dr., Suite 102, Waco, TX 76712 Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Fusion Dental & Braces in Hewitt is a high-energy, dual-specialty practice serving the greater Waco area with general dentistry, orthodontics, braces, Invisalign, implants, cosmetic care, and more all under one roof. We're growing and looking for a motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our Hewitt team. If you love staying busy, take pride in clean clinical work, and bring a positive energy to everything you do then you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
Assist our doctors chairside across general and orthodontic procedures
Take digital X-rays and assist with imaging
Prepare operatories and maintain sterilization protocols
Educate patients on treatment and oral hygiene
Support patient flow and keep the schedule moving smoothly
Help create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient who walks in
What We're Looking For
Active Texas RDA license is required
At least 1 year Dental assisting experience preferred
Friendly, professional, and genuinely patient-focused
Organized and detail-oriented (you stay a step ahead)
Thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Reliable, positive, and ready to grow
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus as we proudly serve Spanish-speaking patients
