The Grapevine Dentist is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with a positive can-do attitude to join our practice!
The Grapevine Dentist has earned a reputation for excellent customer care and exceptional results. We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join us on our mission to be the most trusted providers of dental services in DFW providing patient care with compassion, ethics, and skill.

We are looking for team members who understand that we can achieve more together than we can on our own. We want self-starters who take initiative on the job and pull through on their deliverables. We are a growing practice and want team members who share our vision and are willing to go the extra mile to turn our vision into reality.
A prospective RDA who will have a high level of success in our company possesses the following skills and values:
Ability to handle a variety of patient situations with patience and diplomacy
Ability to communicate in a thorough and consistent manner
Ability to remain level headed during hectic and/or stressful times
Consistently demonstrates leadership qualities in their day to day interactions with others
Treats others (patients, managers, and colleagues) with respect and humility
Some of the responsibilities of this role include:
Chairside surgical and general assisting on procedures such as dental implants, extractions, fillings, crowns, and more!
Interacting with patients during pre-op, treatment, post-op, and cleanings ensuring they are at ease and exceedingly satisfied with the services they have been provided.
Correctly setting up the ops for procedures, cleaning the rooms and sterilizing instruments.
