Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) — High-Performance Role
Grand Valley Implant Dentistry — Allendale, MI
$20–$30 hr + Performance Bonus
What This Role Actually Is
This is not a basic assisting job.
You are the execution engine of the operatory — keeping procedures fast, precise, and predictable.
You directly impact case acceptance, patient experience, and production per hour.

What You’ll Do
Assist in general, surgical, and implant procedures with speed and precision
Execute true four-handed dentistry (anticipation, not reaction)
Take high-quality digital radiographs and scans
Prepare and break down operatories with zero lag time
Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols
Support patient flow — reduce downtime, keep schedule tight
Communicate clearly with patients to reinforce clarity and trust
Maintain clean, accurate, real-time documentation

Requirements
Dental assisting experience preferred (RDA or equivalent a plus)
Comfortable with X-rays and digital workflows
Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization
Able to operate in a fast-paced, system-driven practice
Clear, confident communication with patients and team
Compensation & Growth
$20-30/hour base (based on experience)
