Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Maryland X-Ray Certified
Location: Gaithersburg, MD (In-Person)
Pay: $23.00 – $35.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Are you an experienced Dental Assistant looking for a streamlined, professional, and patient-focused environment?
Our Gaithersburg practice is growing, and we are looking for two reliable, detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistants to join our team. If you are a Maryland X-ray certified professional who thrives in a well-organized office and loves providing top-tier patient care, we want to meet you this week!
What You’ll Do:
Support Excellence: Assist our dentists through seamless 4-handed dentistry and clinical procedures.
Patient Connection: Welcome patients, ensure their comfort, and provide clear post-operative and oral hygiene instructions.
Clinical Precision: Set up treatment rooms, sterilize instruments according to strict regulations, and handle lab tasks as needed.
Office Flow: Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling to keep our day running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
Certification: Active Maryland X-ray certification is required.
Experience: Proven track record as a dental assistant with a deep understanding of dental instruments and health & safety regulations.
Skills: Strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills. Experience with coronal polishing or EFDA certification is a major plus!
Mindset: You are well-organized, reliable, and able to anticipate the needs of both the dentist and the patient.
