Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Part-Time

Job Summary
Nanoose Bay Dental is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) to join our team on a part-time basis, approximately 2 days per week.

We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice with a supportive team environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, takes pride in providing excellent patient care, and is comfortable in a busy general dentistry setting.

Position Details
Part-time: 2 days per week
Daytime hours
No evenings or weekends
General dentistry
Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Responsibilities
Chairside assisting for general restorative and other dental procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining efficient patient flow
Sterilization and infection-control procedures
Taking digital radiographs
Assisting with impressions, scans, and other clinical procedures as required
Maintaining accurate clinical records
Supporting the dentist and other team members throughout the day
Helping create a comfortable and positive experience for our patients
Qualifications
Registered/Certified Dental Assistant in British Columbia
Current registration and good standing with the appropriate BC regulatory body
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Experience in general dentistry is an asset
