REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT (RDA) – PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY

Pay: $18-$23/hour, based on experience
Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Creative Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is a growing, modern pediatric dental practice in Prosper, TX, and we are looking for an energetic, compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pediatric Dental Assistant or a motivated RDA looking to grow in pediatric dentistry.
We are passionate about creating positive dental experiences for children while maintaining a supportive, team-focused work environment.
What We're Looking For:
Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
Comfortable working with children and families
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
Assist with pediatric dental procedures
Take digital radiographs
Coronal polishing and sealants
Sterilization and infection control
Operatory setup and breakdown
Support patient flow and clinical efficiency
Help create an outstanding patient experience
