$24 – $28 per hour (based on experience)
Full-Time | 8-Hour Shifts
We are a privately owned dental practice in Tracy looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. Our office focuses on providing high-quality dentistry while maintaining a supportive, team-oriented work environment.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable RDA who takes pride in patient care and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and set up treatment rooms for patient procedures
Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
Take high-quality digital dental X-rays
Fabricate excellent temporary crowns
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix
Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked
Provide excellent patient care and communication throughout appointments
Qualifications
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required
X-ray certification required
Minimum 1+ year dental assisting experience preferred
Experience with Dentrix (preferred) or similar
Strong understanding of dental terminology and dental anatomy
Ability to fabricate high-quality temporary crowns
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
