Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Fusion Dental Implants is looking for a motivated and dependable Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced, patient-focused dental practice providing general, cosmetic, surgical, and implant dentistry.

We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a high-standard clinical environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist doctors chairside during general, cosmetic, surgical, and implant procedures
Prepare and break down operatories
Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA/infection control standards
Take X-rays, impressions/scans, and assist with patient records
Support smooth patient flow throughout the day
Communicate professionally with patients and team members
Keep clinical areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
Follow office systems, clinical protocols, and daily schedule flow
Requirements:
Active California RDA license
Current X-ray certification
CPR/BLS certification
Strong work ethic and reliability
Professional communication skills
Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting
General, cosmetic, and surgical dental experience is a plus

Compensation:
$24–$30/hour based on experience.

Schedule:
Full-time schedule available. Final schedule to be discussed during interview.
