Job Description
We our a patient-centered, fun and talented team who values great teamwork, excellent communication and a positive work environment! Our General Dental Practice offers a full scope of services including restorative and cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, crown and bridge, implants, and more.
Qualifications and Skills:
Articulate with excellent oral and written communication skills and phone etiquette
Strong computer skills and intuitive ability to learn new programs and accurate data entry
Ability to follow office protocol and maintain patient confidentiality
Common sense with independent problem-solving skills
Organized, diligent, responsible, and self-motivated
Warm, calm, and caring personality
Team player with positive attitude
Detail oriented and organized
Leadership Skills
Motivated/Self-Starter
Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
Job Duties:
Chairside assisting
Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment and operatory
iTero Scanning and working with Invisalign
Digital X-rays
Room and tray set ups
Temporary Crowns
Alginate impressions and pouring models
Communicate effectively with team and patients
Ensure compliance with all OSHA, Dental Board, and other Environmental Agencies
Stock supplies in operatories, restrooms, lab, etc. as needed
Other job related tasks as assigned
Selection Criteria:
Current California RDA license or in the process of obtaining RDA license (required)
Working knowledge of dental equipment and terminology, OSHA and safety compliance
Xray License
8-Hour CDA Infection Control, BLS Certificate
Our office is open 5 days a week.
