Registered Dental Assistant — Join Our Team at Valencia Dental Center!

What You'll Do
Work chairside with our dentists across a variety of treatment procedures
Capture x-rays and digital impressions (plus analog impressions and pours)
Fabricate temporary crowns and perform coronal polishing
Prep and sterilize instruments and equipment to the highest standards
Be a trusted resource for patients — educating them on oral hygiene and helping them feel comfortable in the chair
Keep accurate records and a clean, organized workspace
What You Bring
Current RDA certification
X-ray certification
Great communication skills — you connect easily with patients and teammates
A team-player mindset and sharp attention to detail
Experience with Oryx (a plus!) or another practice management system
Genuine care for patient experience
