Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) — Specialty: OS, Perio & Endo | 2+ Years Experience Required

Barsoum Dental Upland is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our specialty team, assisting with oral surgery, periodontic, and endodontic procedures. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their clinical skills, is compassionate, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where patient care is the top priority.

Candidates must be able to take initiative, problem solve, and be self-starters. Additionally, candidates must be enthusiastic and authentically enjoy helping people — always providing excellent customer service and looking for ways to contribute to the 5-star reputation we have built with the community and online.

No upselling. No recall or production goal pressure. We use Open Dental Software and take digital x-rays using Dexis.

What You'll Do
Assist doctors with a variety of specialty procedures including root canals, retreats, apicoectomies, extractions, bone grafts, implants, gum grafts, and osseous surgery
Prepare and break down operatories efficiently
Take high-quality digital radiographs
Ensure proper infection control and sterilization protocols
Maintain organized clinical setups and anticipate doctor needs during procedures
Review pre-op and post-op instructions with patients
Help create a comfortable and positive experience for patients before, during, and after treatment
What We're Looking For
Active California RDA license (required)
Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience, with hands-on experience in OS, perio, and/or endo procedures
X-ray certification
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and patient care skills
