Job Description
Registered (Licensed) Dental Assistant – Patient-Focused Private Practice
Location: Richardson, TX
We’re a friendly, high-energy dental practice dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality care in a professional, supportive environment. We’re looking for a Registered (Licensed) Dental Assistant who takes pride in patient care, teamwork, and continuous growth.

What You’ll Do
Assist the doctor chairside in a full range of general dentistry procedures
Assist the doctor chairside in a full range of cosmetic and/ or surgical procedures
Assist the doctor chairside in a full range of orthodontic procedures
Prepare, sterilize, and maintain instruments and treatment areas
Take and process digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and impressions
Record accurate clinical notes and assist with treatment documentation
Educate patients on procedures, oral hygiene, and post-treatment care
Support front and back office tasks as needed to keep the day running smoothly
Deliver a welcoming, professional, and caring patient experience
What We’re Looking For:
Active Texas RDA license (required)
1–3 years of clinical experience
Knowledge of Open Dental preferred
Knowledge of iTero Scanner preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Team player with strong communication and organization skills
Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and commitment to patient comfort
Shifts available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (soon), Friday, and Saturday
