Registered Dental Assistant (Part-Time)
We're looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to primarily assist Dr. JungJae Park. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment, building relationships with patients, and providing exceptional care, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and patients for dental procedures
· Providing chairside assistance during general, cosmetic, restorative, and implant procedures
· Taking dental radiographs and CBCT scans (Current New Jersey Dental Radiology License required)
· Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions
· Maintaining accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation using Softdent
· Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments in accordance with OSHA and CDC infection control protocols
· Organizing instruments, supplies, and operatories to promote efficient patient flow
· Collaborating with doctors, hygienists, and administrative staff to provide an exceptional patient experience
· Supporting other clinical duties as needed to help the practice operate efficiently
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
· Active New Jersey Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
· Current New Jersey Dental Radiology License
· Completion of all required Continuing Education (CE) requirements
· Previous chairside dental assisting experience
· Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and infection control protocols
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment
· Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
· Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Schedule:
Starting with 1-2 days per week, primarily Mondays and Fridays, plus 1-2 Saturdays per month. Additional weekday hours may become available.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
