Complete Smiles Sugar House is seeking an experienced dental assistant who is looking for more than just a job. We are searching for a highly skilled, dependable, and patient-focused team member who takes pride in delivering excellent care and helping patients have an exceptional experience.

Our office focuses on comprehensive dentistry, implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitation, and full-arch implant treatment. We utilize modern technology and digital workflows and are looking for someone who is comfortable working in an advanced clinical environment.

Office Hours:
Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
That’s a four-day work week with a three-day weekend every week.

Required Qualifications
Dental assisting experience required (2+ years preferred)
Dentrix experience required
Experience taking digital radiographs
Experience with digital intraoral scanning required
Experience using scanner software and digital workflows
Professional appearance and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and punctual
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing excellent patient care
Clinical Skills We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with many or most of the following:
Chairside assisting for restorative procedures
Crown and bridge procedures
Making and adjusting temporary crowns
Fabricating provisional restorations
Digital intraoral scanning
PrimeScan experience strongly preferred
Managing digital scans and communicating with dental laboratories
Taking high-quality digital radiographs
Assisting with extractions
Assisting with implant surgeries
Surgical setup and breakdown
Sterilization and infection control
Clinical charting and documentation
Using Dentrix efficiently
Patient education and post-operative instructions
Organizing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical flow
Ordering and managing clinical supplies
Assisting with same-day treatment and advanced restorative procedures
Bonus Experience
While not required, experience in any of the following is highly valued:
Implant dentistry
Full-arch implant cases (All-on-X)
Guided surgery
CBCT imaging
Cosmetic dentistry
Digital dentistry workflows
Same-day crown procedures
Full-mouth rehabilitation cases

We are specifically seeking an experienced dental assistant who can contribute immediately to patient care.

If you have little or no dental assisting experience, this position will likely not be the right fit. We want to be respectful of your time and ours, as this role requires prior clinical experience, Dentrix knowledge, and familiarity with digital dentistry workflows.
