About the Role
Looking for a shorter commute? Join our team in a state-of-the-art private practice office located in the heart of downtown Snohomish. We’re seeking a Registered Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care, education, and overall wellness.
Responsibilities
Assist dentists chairside during a variety of bread and butter dental procedures.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories.
Take digital radiographs.
Support patient education and reinforce oral hygiene instructions.
Maintain a compassionate and professional chairside manner.
Collaborate effectively with the team.
Adapt to existing systems and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
Current Washington State Dental Assistant registration (RDA)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Forward-thinking and solution-oriented
Open to continuous learning and contributing to process improvement ideas
Comfortable with computer software and state-of-the-art technology
