We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our vibrant dental team. Responsibilities
Assist dentists chairside during various procedures including general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.

Assist Hygienist with X-rays, Perio Charting and Flipping Rooms.

Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following infection prevention management and aseptic techniques.

Take dental radiographs (X-ray), including dental x-ray and 3D scanner imaging, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.

Manage patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) CURVE Hero software while maintaining clinical confidentiality policies.

Take vital signs and medical history updates to support comprehensive patient care.

Educate patients on oral health practices, post-treatment care, and treatment plans while ensuring clear communication of dental terminology.

Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment adhering to infection control standards and dental sterilization procedures.

Support front desk duties as a dental receptionist when needed, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow with excellent customer service skills.

Skills
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry.

Experience with dental instrument processing, sterilization procedures, and infection prevention management.

Skilled in chairside assisting techniques across various specialties including oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.

Ability to operate dental equipment such as X-ray machines, 3D scanners, and other clinical tools safely and effectively.

Familiarity with healthcare infection prevention and control policies to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Excellent communication skills for patient management software use, explaining procedures clearly, and collaborating with team members.

Knowledge of medical documentation standards for accurate recording of medical records and treatment notes.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
