Job Description
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
We're looking for a friendly, reliable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our family-oriented dental practice! If you enjoy helping patients, working as part of a supportive team, and providing quality dental care, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
Take X-rays, update patient records, and maintain accurate charting using Eaglesoft.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Help keep the office running smoothly by working closely with the clinical and front desk teams.
Qualifications
Current RDA license/certification (Massachusetts).
Dental assisting experience preferred.
Knowledge of Eaglesoft or other dental software is a plus.
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
