Job Description
Job Summary
At Meraki Dental, we believe in personalized, patient-centered care not rushed, high-volume dentistry. We're guided by our core values of excellence, personalized care, integrity, and compassion, and we're looking for an RDA who shares that same commitment to join our team and support our existing group of RDAs and hygienists.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will support the delivery of high-quality dental care by assisting the dentist during procedures, managing patient comfort, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Schedule:
A 4-day work week on a rotating basis (Monday and Friday alternate), plus two Saturdays per month.
Clinic hours:
Monday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
What You'll Do:
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in accordance with infection control protocols
Support chairside assisting with great attention to detail
Engage with patients, building relationships and supporting patient education
Work independently and proactively, without the need for close supervision
Requirements
Valid license as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or equivalent credential
Prior experience in dental assisting
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
