Job Description
Growing Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant who is a friendly, caring, and dependable individual with top notch customer service skills. A history of working in pediatric dentistry is preferred but we are willing to train if the personality is right!
The main role of our Registered Dental Assistants is to assist the doctor during dental procedures yet we place just as much emphasis on showing our patients and their families what world class customer service looks like. Our goal is that you make them feel welcomed, cared for and important! We highly value team work here and need someone willing to learn and share our values. We work every day to create life changing experiences for our patients, their families, and our employees.
Dental Assistant responsibilities may include any of the following:
-seating patients and informing their family of the plans for the day
-keeping operatories stocked and clean
-sterilizing instruments, making procedure trays
-keep schedule running on time
-charting procedures performed with accuracy
-following standard OSHA guidelines
Important Details: Our office sees patients Monday- Thursday, with Friday off. Expected hours are 6:45am to 3pm. The compensation is competitive and other benefits include not only a great team, atmosphere and hours but also perks like PTO, holiday pay and employer matched IRA!
