Registered Dental Assistant

Serenity Dental in Beaumont is looking to hire a permanent, part time Registered Dental Assistant to join our team! We are a solo, dentist owned clinic and are looking for someone who is energetic, flexible and makes patient care and comfort their top priority.

We are a fun, and laid-back office just 10-15 minutes from South Edmonton. We pride ourselves on patient comfort and quality dentistry.

We are looking for someone to work on a part time basis (shifts to be discussed with the possibility of becoming full time in the future).

We have recently added another operatory so there is a potential for more hours in the new year!

As the assistant you will be responsible for all aspects of the patient care area. We need someone proactive and who can run the back end proficiently. We use ClearDent Dental Software and training will be provided if needed.

Some duties include:
Patient Care and Assisting our Dentist.

Ensuring recommended treatment is understood by the patient
Operatory set up and clean up
Sterilization and ensuring proper procedures, protocols, and record keeping are maintained
Keep supplies stocked up
Equipment maintenance
Willingness to help front end when needed
We need an enthusiastic person who has great ideas and will work hard to help us grow our office. You are a self starter, have great communication skills, and work well in a team environment.

Some dental experience is preferred but new grads are encouraged to apply. (You must be licensed with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants)
