Job Description
Ready for More Than a Hygiene Column? Join Our Specialty Team!
Periodontal Specialty Practice Looking for an experienced hygienist who wants more than just a hygiene schedule.
At Ueno Center Dental Specialists, hygiene is not simply a column on the schedule. It is an important part of how we care for patients throughout their periodontal journey.
We are a Periodontics and Oral Surgery specialty group in Campbell, and we're looking to thoughtfully add an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to our team.
Our environment is highly collaborative and deeply rooted in education. Our hygienists work alongside specialists caring for patients before, during and after periodontal therapy, with an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of disease, surgical treatment, healing and long-term periodontal stability.
We are looking for an RDH with 4+ years of clinical experience who is confident in their foundation but still curious and interested in growing.
Someone who values the details. Someone who enjoys understanding the why behind treatment. Someone who can communicate comfortably with patients and doctors and appreciates being surrounded by a team that takes its work seriously without losing the human side of patient care.
What you'll find here
You'll work with patients whose needs extend beyond routine preventive care and have the opportunity to collaborate directly with our periodontal and surgical team.
Our practice has a strong commitment to continuing education and the dental community, and learning is woven into our culture, not treated as an occasional requirement.
We're also thoughtful about fit.
We understand that an experienced hygienist may want to experience a practice before making a long-term commitment. In addition to a permanent opportunity, we're open to discussing flexible or temporary placement for someone interested in spending time with our team and seeing whether the environment feels right for both sides.
We're not looking simply to fill a hygiene day.
We're looking for the right clinician to become part of what we're building.
Requirements: Active California RDH license and 4+ years of clinical hygiene experience.
If you're interested in experiencing hygiene from a specialty perspective and continuing to grow alongside a team committed to periodontal education and exceptional patient care, we'd love to start a conversation..
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: Up to $75.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
