Dental Hygienist - Guided Biofilm Therapy Practice
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Position: FullTime
Compensation: $43.00 - $52.00 per hour + bonuses + benefits DOE

What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care using the 8step Guided Biofilm Therapy protocol
Utilize Airflow, Perioflow, and Piezon technologies for biofilm and calculus management
Perform periodontal charting, assessments, and individualized patient education
Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
Maintain accurate, detailed clinical notes and follow all infectioncontrol standards
Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with GBT and hygiene best practices
What We're Looking For
Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of New Mexico
Passion for preventive care, patient education, and minimally invasive dentistry
Interest or experience in Guided Biofilm Therapy (training provided if needed)
Strong communication skills and a warm, patientfocused approach
Teamoriented mindset with a desire to contribute to a positive, collaborative culture
Comfort using digital charting and modern dental technology
