Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal assessments, scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments, and patient education.
Take and review dental radiographs as needed.
Review medical histories, assess oral health conditions, and communicate findings and recommendations with the doctor.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and recommended treatments.
Build positive relationships with patients by creating a comfortable and personalized experience.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic dental records.
Follow all OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines.
Maintain a high standard of clinical care and professionalism.
Qualifications
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of West Virginia.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality patient care.
Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software is preferred.
