We utilize a comprehensive, modular approach to periodontal therapy, and we provide all the training you'll need to become confident and successful with our protocols and treatment plan.

Our mission is to help every patient achieve healthy gums and a healthier body by identifying and treating periodontal disease as early and effectively as possible. We take pride in delivering personalized care, coaching patients back to periodontal health through targeted treatment plans that may include systemic and topical antibiotics, customized home care education, and ongoing periodontal maintenance.

Position Details
Open position for a second hygiene column on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays
Single-column hygiene schedule
One-hour appointment times
Office hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

You'll work alongside another experienced hygienist who maintains their own hygiene column

We're looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for dental hygiene and patient care
Provides exceptional chairside manner and patient education
Is reliable, dependable, and ready to be part of a collaborative team
Enjoys learning, growing, and participating in continuing education
Holds a current, valid RDH license
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is based on experience. In addition to competitive hourly pay, our hygienists participate in a production bonus program. Combined with hourly wages, our providers regularly earn more than $40 per hour.
