Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our private prosthodontic practice two days per week.
This is a great position for a hygienist who values high-quality dentistry, excellent patient care, and a genuinely enjoyable place to work. We are a well-established, doctor-owned practice with a wonderful long-term patient base and an experienced, supportive team.
Our office provides comprehensive restorative, implant, and prosthodontic care, so this is not a high-volume corporate hygiene position. We value thorough care, strong communication, attention to detail, and treating patients like people rather than numbers on a schedule.
Schedule
2 days per week / approximately 16 hours; 8 patients max per day!
Days can be Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
Tuesday and Thursday are preferred
Consistent ongoing schedule
What We're Looking For
We'd love to find someone who is:
A California-licensed Registered Dental Hygienist
Clinically thorough and confident
Warm, professional, and comfortable communicating with patients
Dependable and team-oriented
Interested in building long-term relationships with an established patient base
Comfortable caring for patients with implants, complex restorative dentistry, and periodontal needs
Someone who takes pride in providing excellent care without being rushed
Experience is appreciated, but personality, clinical judgment, and fit with our team matter just as much.
