Job Overview
In this energetic and rewarding role, you will perform thorough dental cleanings, patient assessments, and education while working with advanced dental technology alongside a team committed to the highest standard of care. Your attention to detail and genuine care for patients will help create an environment where every person who walks through our doors feels informed, comfortable, and well cared for.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments, with an emphasis on patient comfort and safety
Conduct thorough patient assessments, reviewing medical histories and vital signs to build personalized care plans
Take radiographs using proper infection prevention protocols
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options that support long term health
Maintain accurate electronic health records in full compliance with HIPAA regulations
Manage infection control procedures, including instrument sterilization and aseptic technique
Monitor patient vital signs and comfort throughout every visit
Uphold strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications
Valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist per state regulations
Experience in general or specialty dentistry preferred
Strong knowledge of dental and medical terminology and anatomy
Familiarity with dental software systems such as Carestack
Skilled in infection prevention, aseptic technique, and safety protocols
Proficiency in dental radiography
Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, patient first approach
Understanding of dental coding practices for accurate documentation
Comfortable in a fast paced environment without sacrificing precision or care

Pay: $55.00 to $65.00 per hour
