Job Description
Take your career to the next level by joining two lady doctors at their one of a kind, state of the art practice in Hillsborough, NC. We pride ourselves in setting ourselves apart with the highest quality dentistry fueled by the newest tech, a curated team that genuinely works well together, and always going above and beyond for our patients. Our MOST important consideration is the perfect fit into our team culture so a positive and friendly personality, proactive work ethic, and maturity in conflict management are of utmost important to us.
We are open to both full and part time candidates! Minimum to be part time is 2 days/week. Must be full time (4 days/week) to be eligible for benefits.
Hours/Benies:
Full disclosure: our daily hours will be changing to 8-3 (20m lunch) and 9-5 days (1hr lunch) instead of the below listed hours starting Oct 2026. Days of the week worked will remain the same!
Tuesdays & Thursdays 9-6 (1hr lunch)
Wednesdays 7-3 (20m lunch)
alternating Mondays/Fridays 7-3 resulting in working M-Th then Tues-Fri (YES that means a 4-DAY weekend every other week!)
Single-column days with a tight knit team always willing to help flip a room and start a patient when that chatty patient had to tell you JUST one more story!
Yes we offer health insurance and PTO! Happy to go through our comprehensive benies package with interested candidates...it's much easier to explain in person tbh, but we promise it's robust and more than worth the wait.
We do offer a base + 33% production compensation structure -- please chat with us if you aren't sure what this means!

Ooze dental hygiene excellence and have a genuine desire to do RIGHT by your patients (AKA no signing a waiver to prophy when they have perio or to waive necessary radiographs, knowing to refer to perio when appropriate, reaching for that second molar calc that you see on the x-ray, etc.)
Have a non-judgmental, genuine down-to-earth approach to OHI with patients but are enthusiastic about learning about new products alongside the docs
Exercise friendly and confident communication skills with patients and your team
Have a proactive work ethic
Enjoy maintaining an organized, clean work environment
Are able to laugh at our *occasional* bad jokes & yourself
Up to date on OSHA and HIPAA training. Bonus if you've got experience with things like OpenDental, Flex, Nomad, scanning, and intraoral cameras
Love staying caffeinated & snuggling furbabies!!
