Job Description
Ready to join a well-established, patient-focused private dental practice? We serve patients of all ages and generations and truly value building long-term relationships with the families we care for. One of the best parts of this office? We're out of network with all insurances. This means we don't feel the same squeeze as other dental practices. We focus on building a strong, welcoming culture, which in turn attracts the best patients to us! This is a great opportunity for someone who truly values quality patient care, practices ethically, and enjoys building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.
Our hygienists play a key role in educating patients on preventative care while creating a comfortable, positive experience. You’ll be supported by a collaborative, upbeat team that genuinely cares about doing the right thing for patients and for each other. This is not a rushed or production-driven environment. You won’t feel like a number here, and your patients won’t either.
Office/Patient Hours:
Monday 8 AM -5:30 PM
Friday 8 AM-1 PM
(Fridays not needed at this time)
Position Details:
Part- Time (1-2 days a week)
3-weeks of PTO at 90 days
Paid Holidays
Dental Benefits for you and your immediate family
Annual uniform stipend $150!
Holiday pay
401K with a 3% match and additional for profit sharing
Continuing education through Spear (and others)
Clothing allowance
Medical insurance- 80% of the premium is paid for
Cavitron and relief system in each op
