Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist who is confident, thorough, and takes ownership of their role. This is an excellent fit for a clinician who values autonomy, uses their full appointment time to deliver comprehensive care, prioritizes patient education, and wants to work in an environment where quality is the standard—not the exception.
Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and charting without cutting corners
Utilize the full appointment time to ensure complete, high-quality patient care
Take diagnostic X-rays
Provide detailed patient education on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and treatment needs
Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation
Uphold strict sterilization and infection control protocols
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Dental Hygienist in Colorado with clinical experience preferred
Strong periodontal knowledge and commitment to comprehensive care
Excellent time management without sacrificing quality
Passion for patient education and building long-term relationships
High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Commitment to continuing education and staying current clinically
