Job Description
Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Location: Havertown, PA - Legendary Smiles

Give VIP Cleanings: Carefully clear away plaque and tartar so patients leave with that ultra-smooth, fresh-mouth feeling.
Be the Smile Coach: Chat with patients about easy ways to brush, floss, and eat healthy to keep their teeth strong at home.
Take a Sneak Peek: Snap high-quality digital X-rays and Itero scan (training can be provided if necessary) so the dentist can see exactly what’s happening under the surface.
Check the Basics: Review medical histories, check vitals, and look over charts to make sure every patient gets a customized, safe visit.
Keep It Spotless: Follow top-tier sterilization rules to keep our tools and rooms 100% clean, safe, and sparkly.
Log the Details: Type up quick, accurate notes in our dental software (like Open Dental) while keeping patient info totally private.
Must-Haves
The License: Valid Pennsylvania Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
The Attitude: A warm, empathetic personality. We want a person who loves teamwork and knows how to calm nervous patients.
The Tech Skills: Comfort using digital X-rays and dental software (Open Dental experience is a huge plus!).
The Standards: A deep understanding of infection control and patient privacy (HIPAA) rules.
