Instead of advertising a bonus you'll have to wait years to receive, we'd rather pay you well from your very first paycheck, and pay you half of your bonus from day one.
We believe your compensation should be real, not marketing propganda.
$60/hour is just the beginning.
Our hygienists earn a $60/hour base wage, plus the opportunity to earn up to an additional $550 per paycheck in commissions. When the practice succeeds, you should benefit too.
No pressure. Just great patient care.
We believe quality dentistry comes before production quotas. Our goal is to give you the time, support, and resources to provide exceptional care while still rewarding your hard work.

Compensation
$60/hour base pay
Up to $550 additional per paycheck in commissions
Consistent, competitive compensation with real earning potential
Schedule
Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM (with flexibility to work less days if desired)
No evenings
No weekends
What You'll Do
Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care
Educate patients on oral health and home care
Perform periodontal charting and assessments
Take diagnostic radiographs
Collaborate with doctors to create outstanding patient experiences
Build lasting relationships with patients while helping them achieve healthier smiles
