Job Description
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Minden Dental – Minden, Nevada
Minden Dental is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established, privately owned practice. We are looking for someone who values high-quality patient care, enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, and wants to practice in an environment that respects both patients and providers.
Schedule
Four days per week
No evenings
No weekends
Consistent schedule with the ability to leave on time
Preferred start date: October 2026 (earlier start date available)
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay: $53/hour
Production-based bonus opportunities

Clinical Environment
At Minden Dental, we believe in providing the time and support necessary to deliver excellent care.
Adult prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes.
SRP appointments are scheduled according to patient needs and may be up to 2 hours.
If every patient were a prophy appointment, the schedule would average approximately 8 patients per day.
Comprehensive annual periodontal examinations are performed for all patients.
We utilize laser therapy as an adjunct to improve periodontal outcomes.
Our focus is on long-term oral health and evidence-based periodontal care.

Qualifications
Active Nevada Registered Dental Hygienist license required
