Registered Dental Hygienist
As our practice continues to grow, we're looking to add a Dental Hygienist.
We're a modern, privately owned dental practice that takes pride in providing exceptional care while creating a positive, supportive place to work. We’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who brings skill, compassion, and a patient‑first mindset to our team. If you love building relationships, delivering exceptional care, and working in a supportive, modern environment, we’d love to meet you. One or more years of clinical experience is preferred. We're open to both full-time and part-time applicants.
What You’ll Do
Provide high‑quality preventive dental care, including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient education
Partner with the dentist to deliver comprehensive treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient records and charting
Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their oral health
Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented office culture
What We’re Looking For
Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Alabama
Strong communication and patient‑education skills
A friendly, professional, and team‑focused attitude
Commitment to high standards of clinical care and infection control
Hard-working and dependable
Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
Motivated to learn and grow
Experience with digital charting and modern dental technology is a plus
