We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for oral health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. As a Dental Hygienist at 703 Dental, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch dental hygiene care and educating patients about oral health.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough dental cleanings and preventive care.
Take dental X-rays.
Assess patients' oral health and report findings to dentists.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of preventive care.
Administer local anesthesia and perform scaling and root planing as needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Adhere to all infection control and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Virginia.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
All experience levels welcome
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Proficiency in dental software and digital radiography.
