Full-Time | Four-Day Workweek | Marshfield, Wisconsin
Prairie Run Dental is looking for a caring and dependable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with a consistent four-day workweek, Monday through Thursday.
We are a privately owned dental practice that values compassionate patient care, teamwork, integrity, and clinical excellence. We are looking for a hygienist who enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and wants to work in an environment where team members support one another and take pride in the care they provide.

Responsibilities
Provide thorough preventive and periodontal care
Perform periodontal charting, radiographs, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and other services within the dental hygiene scope of practice
Educate patients about oral health and individualized home-care recommendations
Review patient medical and dental histories
Document treatment accurately in the patient record
Communicate clinical findings and concerns with the treating dentist
Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and respected
Work collaboratively with the hygiene, assisting, administrative, and doctor teams
Follow infection-control, safety, and clinical-quality standards
Qualifications
Current Wisconsin dental hygiene license or eligibility for licensure
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
Reliable, positive, and team-oriented approach
