Job Description
IMMEDIATE NEED!!
Duties:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures such as teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Conduct oral cancer screenings
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide oral health instructions
- maintain a sterile working environment
- Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and medical histories
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff
Qualifications:
- Valid dental hygienist license in CT
- Associate's degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will be essential in providing high-quality patient care and promoting oral health. Reporting to the Dentist, you will utilize your core skills in patient assessment, dental terminology, and aseptic technique to perform cleanings and educate patients on proper oral hygiene.
