About the Position
Oak Grove Dental Co. is a locally owned private dental practice in Mt. Washington, Kentucky, looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is clinically confident, personable, dependable, and genuinely enjoys building relationships with patients.

We want our hygienists to have the time, support, and resources needed to provide excellent care—and to be rewarded for helping create an efficient, productive hygiene department.

What You'll Do
Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care
Perform periodontal assessments and charting
Review and update patient medical and dental histories
Obtain and review dental radiographs as appropriate
Educate patients about oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
Provide fluoride and other preventive services
Communicate clinical findings and treatment needs with the dentist
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Build long-term relationships with patients
Work collaboratively with our doctors, assistants, and administrative team
Qualifications
Active Kentucky Dental Hygiene license
Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical and communication skills
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Commitment to providing excellent patient care
Experience
1 year of experience is preferred
